Free UPS Ground Shipping in the Continental United States
Free Shipping applies on all products with the exception of Lecterns and Podiums.  You will be contacted with shipping costs for your approval before processing of your order.  We use UPS Ground to handle all of our shipping. If you prefer another type of service (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) please contact us in advance in the event your order requires special handling or if you have any questions or concerns.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the Continental US and Alaska and Hawaii. Certain exceptions may be made however we recommend you contact us before placing your order.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are the major credit cards we accept currently. Orders must be pre-paid by credit card in advance before shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from "Cam/Bogen/Anchor" - please call us ay 1-800-772-1605 with any questions.

All Sales are final. Returns will be honored up to 10 days from purchase date for store credit ONLY. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be unopened in their original packaging in new condition with a copy of the bill of sale. Email us or call at 1-800-772-1605 to receive a return authorization number.

Products with software must be returned with the software unopened for credit. Absolutely, no credit will be issued for opened software products. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all products returned. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise unless previous arrangements are made.

Any orders delivered within the state of New York are subject to New York State Sales Tax. Notify us if your company or organization qualifies for Tax-Exempt status. We will require a copy of the resale certificate or tax-exempt certification in order to honor this.
